For Abracadabra, catering is not just about eating and drinking. In food-art catering, food is the main instrument determining the success of an event. Even tiring, boring meetings and organizations can come to life and joy with the cultural tastes of traditional/experimental cuisine and artful design and presentation. At each catering, a presentation exclusive to the style of event is prepared, and eating and drinking is placed at the heart of the event.

Food as a Communication and Marketing Instrument

This approach to catering treats eating and drinking as a communication and marketing tool, as well. At many events, the catering of Dilara Abracadabra (Dilara Erbay)has drawn the attention of the media (click: Trendsetter 6th birthday party – cake dress). Food-art catering designs its own concept for each event. When food and art combine, catering can even turn into an installation (Interior Design Competition – 2005, Painting and Sculpture Museum, Şeker Ahmet Paşa Hall).
A detailed briefing is requested from corporate customers. The contents of the menus and the art/design concept that will be the basis of the catering are developed and applied.
